MUSIC & THE DANCEFLOOR
At Rabbits Eat Lettuce we LOVE Dance Music! The Dance Floor is what it’s all about. The Love. The Connection and the Bass!
We craft our festival musical offering to create an eclectic multi genre smorgasbord of sonic delights.
If it’s House, Techno, Bass Music, or some pounding psychedelic trance we have you covered, then step into the Live Music the Realm for a mix of live funk bands, solo acoustic artists, hip/hop and down tempo.
YOGA & MOVEMENT
To get you loose & limber for Dance Floor Fun and trying those new moves you have been practicing in the kitchen Rabbits Eat Lettuce will have a variety of Yoga classes & Movement Workshops each day covering a range of styles and skill levels from Morning Sunshine Yoga to Acro Yoga for partners.
Today’s modern life has us all stiff and stale, glued to the desk or smart phone. The first step of becoming present is to become one with your body, to truly feel the vessel & vehicle for your soul. Practicing yoga is a tool that sharpens the mind so that you can see reality clearly.
It is not just a stretching routine that helps you get limber. In essence the yoga practice seeks to answer the question of what defines the present moment and help root your consciousness directly in it.
MARKET VILLAGE
We have hand picked some of our favourite market stalls selling a wide range of Delicious Healthy food and drinks, which cater to all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free & a range of tasty meats. All to nourish your body and keep you energised for The Dance Floor Fun. We have heard some people come to Rabbits Eat Lettuce just for the Food…
Aside from all the tasty ‘Nom noms’ the market village will also feature a selection of Craft, Clothing, Jewellery & Healing Stalls with unique hand made and custom treasures crafted by local artisans. You’re sure to find something you’ll love or the perfect gift for a loved one back in the 'real world'.
EMERSIVE ART EXPERIENCE
Take a journey down the rabbit hole into a sprawling wondrous playground with large scale sculptural installation art works and interactive spaces. Awaken your inner child as you climb, dance and roller skate your way through the weekend!
Rabbits Eat Lettuce is a unique sensory experience, far beyond any ordinary music festival. It is a magical world of adventure, where every nook and cranny is primed for connection, for wonder, and for fun to happen. It’s a wild party with friends old and new, where you leave feeling invigorated, inspired and a better version of your self.
BOHEMIAN VILLAGE
The Bohemian Village is the Cultural and Educational Hub Of the Festival. A Space for Sharing Skills & Knowledge Amongst our community. with Daily Workshops, Classes and Discussions. This is the space for growth, self development and self love. Come With an Open Mind & an open heart.
BACK TO NATURE
Star Gazing at night and Sun-touched Skin during the day, Laying in the grass watching the fluffy clouds float by, The Wind in your hair as you move to the tribal rhythms on the dance floor, A Cheeky grin from the local Kookaburra; these are just some of the moments of bliss at Rabbits Eat Lettuce.
Too many of us are confined to the concrete jungle, the social media feed and a constant barrage of corporate advertising. This leaves us feeling deflated & frantic; without Love, Solid Purpose or Meaningful Direction. A weekend Camping out in Raw Nature, barefoot Under the Sun & Stars will leave you feeling refreshed & re-inspired, ready to face reality with a new perspective.
Disconnect the ‘smart phone’ and reconnect with the People Around You. Let the music run through your body as you sink deeply into the present moment and feel alive again.
