Jamie Forest began DJing with one want: to get the people dancing with the same silly abandon as he does. Drawing upon his roots as a singer-songwriter-looper composer and performer, you can expect a smorgasbord of electronica, nu-disco, jackin' house, ghettofunk, glitch, IDM, breakbeats, deep house and hip hop that is tied together with an unrelenting rhythm that will keep hips gyrating, feet shuffling and arms flailing from the casual afternoon dance until the wee hours of the deep, dark morning. He has played at festivals including Splendour in the Grass, Bohemian Beat Freaks and The End of the Line, bars throughout Brisbane and as a part of Queensland's favourite party on wheels: The Wonky Queenslander, at festivals such as Earth Frequency, Rabbits Eat Lettuce and Hey Sunshine.
